For over a decade, the International Banking Group has provided structured trade financing for Pacific Western Bank clients, including financing of capital equipment transactions.

- Ex-Im Bank Revolving Lines of Credit: Increase and protect your sales overseas, while leveraging your assets.
- Pre-Export Financing: Allows U.S. exporters to purchase raw materials, and pay for labor and overhead to fulfill export orders. Also provides financing for posting bid and performance bonds for projects abroad.
- Working Capital Guarantee: This program allows exporters to leverage foreign accounts receivable and inventory as collateral with generous advance rates (up to 90% advance rates for export related A/Rs and up to 75% advance rate on export related inventory). Goods must have at least a 50% U.S. content to qualify for program.
- Trade Insurance Products: Through credit insurance on foreign buyers, Bank can support short-term accounts receivable financing. Goods must have at least 51% U.S. content.
Pacific Western Bank is a delegated lender, who can process transactions and expedite the loan process within Ex-Im's authorized lending limits.
